Free shipping to Portugal (Continental).

But stay tuned - We sometimes offer worldwide complimentary shipping.

In case you want to return your item

We try to make sure your parcel is delivered on time and within the highest standards.

Nonetheless, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days.

- Before return the item you need to fill the return form in your user account (TICKETS).

- All items must be returned unwashed, unworn and untampered with the original label and hangtag.

- Make sure your item is well packed. We recommend you to use the same box.

- We encourage you to use a trackable insured service since we accept no liability for damaged or lost items.

- No refunds on sale items.

- Please identify your package as a returned item – if returning from outside Europe – as we are not responsible for any issues whatsoever caused by customs charges.
